We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants, safety, comfort and general well being.
  • It is at all times informed to follow the travel itinerary. If for any motive travelers deviate from Itinerary, travelers might be liable for any additional expenses incurred on visiting, lodge, sightseeing and so forth. No refund will probably be made for un-utilized offerings.

  • The Vehicle must not be driven by anyone other than Driver. you must not use the Vehicle for any of the following purposes, In Vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other type of narcotic, transportation of inflammable or dangerous goods, as well as toxic, corrosive, radioactive or other harmful substances, carrying anything which, because of its smell or condition, harms the Vehicle or causes, re-rental to or use by other persons.

  • The cheque/bank transfer is to be in favour of "India Nice Holidays" In case it is sent with individual name, the Company will not be responsible for the same.
  • The deposit amount for the tour must be sent by transfer to our bank within 7 days after receiving the confirmation of registration. If not, the registration will be cancelled. The details of the transfer order must be sent quickly by e-mail which will allow us to immediately start preparing your trip.
  • A guest voucher will be issued to you after receiving the full deposit, specifying the full advance amount received and the balance to be paid (the transaction will take a minimum of 72 hours).
  • The balance must absolutely be paid on arrival in the city or country, either with cheque, cash (INR, Euros or US Dollars etc..).if any.
    Pay at Arrival (As Per Booking Condition/Time) : With some of our partner Vendors indianiceholidays.com has negotiated a special facility where indianiceholidays.com customers can pay On Arrival directly to Driver/ Representative.
  • Transaction Confirmation: You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our accounts Dept.
  • All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the excursions organized or co-coordinated by means of the corporation shall be construed in step with current Indian laws most effective and will be area to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi handiest.

Booking Process

  • 25% non refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
  • 50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking.
  • All the payment has to be made in Favor of "INDIA NICE HOLIDAYS" Through DD/Cash/Cheque /NEFT payable at New Delhi.
  • The package cannot be combined with any other offer.

Subject to the refund policy of particular Transportation Vendor for the particular City/State/Country booking. Service Fee charged by India Nice Holidays not refundable.

GST Applicable

  • GST applicable 1.5% on Hotel & 4.5% on Transfers & sightseeing & 4.5% on Package.
  • If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Promotional & fixed packages are non refundable and no date change allowed once booked. on customize packages cancellation charge will be as per the booking condition of the tour and we shall be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 31 days prior to departure, 5000/- per person shall be deducted.(except Normal ticket cancellation and Visa charges).
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 14 to 07 days prior to departure, 60% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 06 to 03 days prior to departure, 90% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Christmas and New Year Period between 22nd December and 03rd January) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any "Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa" and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for or cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take minimum of 90Days to 120Days (Working) due to banking procedures/Depends City/State/Country Car Coach Vendor Refund Policy/ In case of Again Booking , India Nice Holidays will Adjust Rest Of Rufund Amount in New Bookings (As Per Booking Schedule)

Liabilities & Limitations Policy

  • The itineraries that are provided to the guests are basically our sample itineraries intending to give you an outline of the trip schedules that are offered by us. However, certain factors like weather, the physical ability of the guest and the road condition etc renders us to make some changes in the schedule either before the tour or while you are on the trail itself. Thus, the right of changing the schedule is exclusively determined by us keeping in mind the safety, comfort and the well being of the guest.
  • We charge you as per the prevailing rates in the market and the rates are also negotiated by us with the City/State/Country Car Coach Vendor all our other clients. However City/State/Country Car Coach Vendor retain the right of modifying the rates without giving us prior notice. In this case
  • Rakesh Day Tours holds the right to charge the rate as per the modified rates that is done by the City/State/Country Car Coach Vendor.
  • On the contracted tours / service cost if there are any hikes by the Government of India for the guide charges, fuel cost, entrance fees of the museum, monuments and service tax than the same would be paid by the guest/Sub-Agent/Supplier.
  • If there are any delay or alteration in the program or in the expenses that has to be incurred due to certain conditions like the natural hazards, accident, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, political closures, breakdown of machinery, breakdown of transport or due to any untoward incidents, India Nice Holidays would not be responsible for it either directly or indirectly.
  • Participants are requested to take care of all their belongings and if there is any loss, injury or damage to any person, property connected to the accommodation, transportation and other service that is rendered by us that are caused directly or indirectly by factors like accidents, natural calamities, breakdowns, wars, thefts, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, and any other unexpected causes that are beyond our control, we shall not be responsible for it because we have no insurance policy that can borne the expenses of accidents, loss caused by sickness and theft etc. Hence, we request our guests to seek such insurance policy in their hometown itself so that they can enjoy a comfortable and tension free trip with us. We also expect you to take care of all your personal belongings as any loss related to baggage and personal property would be borne by you.
  • Each (If Any) complaint should be addressed to India Luxuriate Tours, firstly by phone and then in written during or at the finish of their tour to India. No complaints will be attended, firstly addressed to India Luxuriate Tours by the customer after 15 days from the date of ending services or when returned to his city or country of origin.
  • Rakesh Day Tours cannot accept any responsibility for faults committed by third parties such as hotels, restaurants, and flights/rail tickets.
  • Though Rakesh Day Tours will do all what is in their power to solve the source of the complaint as soon as they have been advised about it.
